How to Create a SMS Snippet

Learn how to create SMS snippets in Evolve CRM to save time and ensure consistent messaging for your communications.

1. Start by navigating to "Conversations".

1 First up, click here.

2. Next, select 'Snippets' from the menu options.

2 Click on "Snippets".

3. Then, opt to 'Add Snippet' from the choices provided.

3 After that, click on "Add Snippet".

4. Following that, choose 'Add Text Snippet' to proceed.

4 Click on "Add Text Snippet".

5. Now, enter a name for your snippet in the provided field.

5 Next, click here.

6. After naming, type your message content in the text area.

6 Click on the element.

7. Subsequently, you can insert custom values if necessary.

7 Next, click on the element.

8. Then, click here to expand your customization options.

8 Then, click here.

9. Click 'First Name' to include it in your snippet.

9 Click on "First Name".

10. Re-enter and adjust the message in the text area if needed.

11. Optional: Click 'Add attachment' to include files.

12. You may also add a file URL for direct access.

12 Then, click on the element.

13. To test, enter a phone number for SMS trial.

14. Preview the snippet to see how it appears on mobile.

15. Finally, click 'Save' to store your created SMS snippet.

15 After, click on "Save".

16. You successfully created your SMS Snippet.
