How to Filter Opportunities

Learn how to filter opportunities in Evolve CRM to quickly sort, prioritize, and manage leads based on specific criteria, ensuring efficient tracking and decision-making.


1. Start by selecting the 'Opportunities' section.

1 To kick off, click here.

2. Next, choose 'Advanced Filters' to refine your options.

2 Now, click on "Advanced Filters".

3. Proceed by selecting filters, such as 'Owner'.

3 Once that's done, click on "Owner".

4. Check the option for 'Brand Support Team' as your Owner.

4 Now, click on the element.

5. Now, click 'Apply' to set your filters.

5 Click on "Apply".

6. Optionally, use the search bar to find specific Opportunities.

6 Once that's done, click here.

7. Finally, sort the results as desired using the 'Sort' feature.
